Salary : $57,000–$65,000

Schedule : Hybrid | Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM or 7 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM

Responsibilities

Handle AIA billing and ensure timely submission of payment applications

Track project costs and revenue, focusing on AR and collections

Partner with project managers to maintain accurate job costing

Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end reporting

Maintain documentation and support audits as needed

Qualifications :

2+ years of recent AIA billing experience

2+ years of construction project accounting with AR / collections emphasis

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

Experience with Spectrum software is a strong plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Subcontractor experience a huge plus!

Pay Details : $57, to $65, per year
