Concierge

Summary

We are currently seeking a Full Time Concierge for a community in Baltimore Maryland.

Must be able to work M-F 3pm-11pm
and have a car on site.

As a Concierge you are the face of the community. Every day is an opportunity for you to deliver a superior customer service experience in turn building a sense of community. You will be the first point of contact welcoming residents guests and visitors as they arrive.

Essential Job Functions :

Provide an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts as well as provide information about the local area.

Orchestrate the flow of the lobby and manage the package center making sure every situation you handle ends with a smile.

Be the communication center providing residents community communication

Be dedicated to fostering an on-going positive relationship with residents while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the maximum number of lease renewals.

Help coordinate deliveries to residents quickly and efficiently

Work with the whole team to provide a seamless experience for residents
