Sr Executive Compensation Analyst
The Senior Executive Compensation Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design and administration of Cushman & Wakefield's executive compensation program. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will partner with HR, Finance, Legal and external partners to ensure competitive, compliant, and strategically aligned compensation programs for senior leadership.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Assist in the development and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, long-term equity plans, and other executive compensation program elements.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of executive pay.
- Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings, including pay analyses, market trends, and regulatory updates.
- Support annual compensation cycles (salary reviews, bonus calculations, equity grants) for executives.
- Support day-to-day operations of global equity program.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC disclosures, proxy statements, pay equity).
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal on compensation-related projects and modeling.
- Maintain and update compensation systems and tools for accuracy and efficiency.
Candidate qualifications include :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required.Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, CECP) is a plus.13 years of experience in executive compensation, broad-based compensation, or compensation consulting.Familiarity with equity programs, incentive plan design, and market benchmarking preferred.Experience with equity plan administration is a plus.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data modeling.Ability to maintain data integrity within HR systems.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and presentation skills for preparing reports and committee materials.Knowledge of compensation regulations and disclosure requirements (e.g., proxy reporting, Form 4s, and other regulatory filings) is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively across HR, Finance, Legal and other external partners.Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation for the position is : $70,125.00 - $82,500.00.
