Act Program Assistant

In this role, you will perform essential clerical tasks, track client benefits, and assist with various administrative functions to support our dedicated staff. Your contributions will help us provide high-quality care to our clients and maintain a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, screening client contacts for crisis, scheduling and canceling client appointments, verifying demographic information, assisting with daily team meetings, performing clerical tasks, responsible for safety drills, performing verifications of benefits, processing requests of information, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Education, experience, and / or credential qualifications required include a high school diploma or GED, experience in an office is preferred but not required, ability to communicate effectively, and ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
