Request : IT - Business Systems Analyst Lead - Contractor

Position Location : Strongsville, OH

Provide locations / flexible work by preference :

Pittsburgh, PA STRONGLY Preferred

All other tech hubs - Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Strongsville, OH, Phoenix, AZ

Ability to work remote : Hybrid Required - 3 days in office, 2 Remote

Intended length of Assignment : One year

Industry background : Banking preferred

Team Dynamic : On a team of 14 - partners with product owner closely

Roles and Responsibilities :

Beginning of the agile process

Working with the product owner to figure out the requirements

Requirements gathering

Translating them into stories

Must Have Technical Skills :

Jira

Technical Writing

Working Closely with Product Owner

Story Writing and Refinement

User Acceptance Testing

Soft Skills :

Good written and verbal communication

Ability to take ownership of something and run with it individually

Education / Certifications : Bachelors Degree required
