What’s the OPPORTUNITY?

Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, teller checks and cash advances. Balances each day’s transactions and cash totals. Answers Member’s questions regarding Credit Union services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance activities. Opens new accounts and processes new and renewing CD’s. Actively cross-sells Credit Union services. Plays an important role in the teamwork of the TS area and serves members promptly and professionally.

Serves as lead worker and role model for others, assisting in successful performance of their tasks, training, coaching, assuring smooth flow of daily operations of MSA work area.

The starting pay for the Universal Teller Lead position is $17.33 / hour.

What Can you Bring?

The minimum qualifications for the Universal Teller Lead position are :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent public relations and customer service skills.

Professionalism, timeliness, efficiency and accuracy.

Leadership skills.

Prior team leader or supervisory experience preferred.

Prior financial institution experience preferred.

Monday through Friday 9 - 5 : 45pm

After approximately 1 month you will be required to work 1 Saturday per month from 8 : 45 - 1 : 15. All Saturday hours are compensated at 1 1 / 2 times your base rate.
