In the outpatient clinic you will see infants, adolescents and young adults, with a moderate patient volume (average 18 / day) so you can spend plenty of time with each patient and family to develop relationships and provide comprehensive care. You will also manage a small number of pediatric inpatients (admissions average less than one / month) and attend deliveries (average about a dozen / month) and round on newborns.
