Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

• A hands-on role with coding when possible while managing & coaching a team of engineers
• Learn each workflow's system architecture of key integrations, configurations, and upstream / downstream impacts
• Own your team's delivery and outcome and are fully empowered to deliver
• Take pride in your team's solutions and in hitting delivery targets
• Analyse requirements and collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineers to produce thoughtful software designs with considerable scope and high complexity
• Responsible for guarding, promoting, and establishing best practices within the team
• Assist with project estimation, planning and progress
• Communicate clearly and promptly when work hits roadblocks or risks arise that must be managed
• May be part of an on-call support rotation

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is : $143,000 - $215,000.
