The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions within the unit or department during designated shifts. In partnership with the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care according to established policies and procedures, serving as a resource for staff while embodying the organization's mission and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and favorable clinical outcomes.

In this role, you will :

• Assist with patient admission and discharge to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality care.
• Participate in ongoing assessments to evaluate the quality of patient care services in collaboration with management.
• Cultivate teamwork by collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance outcomes and service.
• Embrace a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery as needed.
• Support facility engagement efforts by implementing current nursing strategies and initiatives.
• Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor to meet patient care needs effectively.
• Help manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
