Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the President of the Consumables Operating Company at Envista Headquarters in Brea, CA. At times, this role will also provide support to members of their teams. This role requires an initiative-taking, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This is an onsite role, and the candidate must reside in commutable distance to Brea, CA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate travel and meeting logistics.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion in alignment with leaders' and organization's goals.
- Complete expense reports.
- Handle sensitive information with high integrity and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
Bachelors' Degree or 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in lieu of education.Minimum 4+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Required Skills :
Excellent organization and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create effective reports, presentations, and correspondence.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to manage tasks or projects with multiple deadlines.Ability to prioritize, anticipate and pro-actively identify the needs of multiple executives; experience trouble shooting to resolve issues with a sense of urgency.High level of professionalism and discretionDomestic and international travel booking experience, including arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for travel-related meetings.Demonstrated collegiality, team orientation, positive attitude, common sense, determination, and ongoing desire to learn, grow and contribute.Meeting planning and event management experienceAbility to work independently and cross-functionally with other Executive Assistants on staff.Ability to work full-time (5 days per week), onsite in a corporate environment.Target Market Salary Range : $69,600 - $102,500
