WCS Healthcare is working with the largest federally qualified health care clinics on the East Coast who have an immediate opening for a full time RN Nurse Manager to work in their Bronx, NY location. The clinic specializes in Primary Care. This is a great opportunity with one of the strongest employers in the region whose mission is to provide quality care to underserved populations.

Job Function :

Day Shift.

9am - 5pm.

Provide patient education according to patient's needs and preferences and document in medical record.

Attend mandated training and demonstrate competence on all nursing procedures, including relevant lab procedures.

Manage / lead the clinical staff (nurses, medical and clinical assistants, laboratory staff, and, and Patient Navigators), including but not limited to recruitment and hiring, performance reviews, onboarding, training and competencies, assignments, and workflow.

Ensure that all clinical staff (nurses, medical and clinical assistants, laboratory staff, and, and Patient Navigators) adhere to and understand the workflows, documentation requirements in EHR according to HRHCARE quality standards,

Review all site quality data monthly and identify, lead and develop strategies for improvement in collaboration with the site leadership team, to promote quality, safety and patient satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience in acute care setting.

3 - 5 years in a FQHC / face paced outpatient setting.

Licensed Registered Nurse – NYS, CPR Certification, Infection Control Certification required.
