Home Health Nurse Practitioner

The Judge Group is looking for"Nurse Practitioners"to perform"in-home health assessments on Medicaid / Medicare Advantage Members in your area with one of the largest healthcare providers.

• Pay "- HIGHLY competitive, paid per assessment - dependent upon experience.
• Contract "- ongoing (no end date)
• Schedule "- PART TIME OR FULL TIME (2 days per month minimum, at least 1 day per week preferred) - flexible schedules (can be made around another current position).
• All training and equipment are provided by the client.
• W2 position paid weekly.

Overview :

The provider will review and observe a member's current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks in about a 1-hour in-home visit. This provides unmatched insight into a member's overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits.
