Senior Software Developer ReactJS

Location :

Austin, TX – 5 Days Onsite

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (7+ years) in ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS development with hands-on architecture expertise.
• Need a hands-on Technical Lead who can code, architect, and mentor .
• Deep expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS , with exposure to databases and cloud.
• Strong focus on UI / UX, accessibility, performance, and security .
• Able to lead teams, set technical direction, and enforce best practices .
• Comfortable balancing strategic leadership and hands-on problem-solving .
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and server-side technologies using NodeJS.
• Understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Proficiency with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and integrating them into a web application.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with TypeScript in a production environment.
• Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., Redux, React Query, etc.).
