Job description

New Holland Family Medicine , located in New Holland, Pennsylvania , is seeking a full-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established and supportive team.

Join a collaborative group of 5 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
Patient-centered, goal-oriented approach to care
Team assists patients in navigating healthcare services, financial and community resources, and specialty referrals
A great opportunity for physicians passionate about comprehensive, relationship-based primary care

Primary Responsibilities

Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to :

Evaluate and consult with patients to determine appropriate treatment plans

Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests

Monitor medication use, results, and side effects

Administer / prescribe treatments, therapies, medications, and vaccines

Educate patients about diagnoses, procedures, test results, and treatments

Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, pharmacists, therapists, and more

Refer patients to specialists when appropriate

Minimum Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited institution

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
