Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting, this role will support month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams and global partners. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in enhancing financial processes and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.

LOCATION : Onsite- Westfield, IN

RESPONSIBLITIES :

  • Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations
  • Lead and support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audits
  • Identify and implement process improvements and documentation initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and ad hoc financial analysis

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of accounting experience (public and / or corporate)
  • 2+ years of experience with account reconciliations and month-end close
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

    • Additional characteristics that would be a competitive advantage are :

  • CPA certification
  • Experience with financial consolidations
  • Exposure to or experience working with external audit firms
