As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are seeking an Assistant Foreman to join our team in Kitsap and Jefferson counties. Daily Responsibilities : Review and interpret blueprints for construction projects Perform tasks as instructed by foreman / site supervisor including but not limited to general building construction and landscape construction Machine operation including excavator, skid steer, Genie Lift, and fork lift Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems Complete general repairs and inspections according to specifications Assist with electrical work, plumbing, irrigation, catchment, and distribution systems Required Skills : High School Diploma Experience in construction and engineering OSHA Certified Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions Strong time managment skills Ability to assist in manage construction and landscape crews Company Information : Lotus Design is a design and build company focused on eco-forward innovation and quality craftsmanship.
