Pay : $63,814.40 - $95,721.60 / year

Summary

The Mental Health Therapist works under the supervision of the Practice Manager to provide clinical assessment, referral and / or counseling for mental health problems.This position is employed by Mosaic Life Care.

Duties

Provide assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and follow-up to clients. Maintains and interprets documentation of clinical work and other statistically relevant data; meeting quality assurance standards.

Provides assessment, counseling and / or referral services to patients at Mosaic Outpatient Behavioral Health or Mosaic Counseling Care.

Attend relevant and required meetings to provide consultation and gain needed information relevant to work.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Counseling or Master's Degree in Social Work is required.

LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LPC - Licensed Prof Counselor is required.C.E.A.P. / A.A.M.F.T. certified is preferred.

3 years of Clinical experience is preferred.
