Job description

Job Description : An individual who under supervisionprovides assistance with daily living skills including but notlimited to light housekeeping nutritional and environmental support personal hygiene feeding and dressing.

Compensation : $11-$13 / hour (dependent upon level of experience)

Qualifications :

1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred)

Practices good hygiene and is neat in personal appearance (required)

Fluent in English- reading writing and speaking(required)

Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification(required)

Successfully pass clearance and reference checks(required)

Able to obtain 2 step TB test(required)

Successfully pass a criminal background check(required)

Valid Drivers License (preferred)

Functi on al A b ilities :

Is able to carry bundles upstairs weighing up to 10 pounds.

Must be able to stoop and bend.

Must be able to travel to prospective Consumer s place of residence.

Must be able to hear and effectively communicate in English.

Organizational Relationship : Reports to the designated supervisor
