Customer Service Supervisor
As the successful candidate, you will supervise on-duty Customer Service Representatives at Modern Aviation, a leading Fixed Base Operator (FBO) serving private aviation clients. You will ensure every guest receives exceptional care from arrival to departure. This role requires professionalism, composure under pressure, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Responsibilities include :
- Monitoring performance of the customer service representatives and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Reviewing daily invoices for accuracy.
- Answering customers' queries, questions, and resolving issues, as necessary.
- Building and establishing customer relationships with local service providers.
- Providing training and assistance to newly hired customer service representatives and other personnel.
- Covering potential call out shifts at the front desk.
- Maintaining stock information, materials, and amenities in the lobby area.
- Serving as a primary source of information for all customer service representatives.
- Updating the weekly fuel price and notifying customers via email.
- Assisting the Customer Service Manager with talent acquisition.
- Writing and maintaining customer service shift schedule for proper coverage.
- Assisting General Manager and Customer Service Manager with sales functions.
- Coordinating aircraft services such as fuel and hangar storage.
- Arranging services for clients such as hotel booking, catering, and ground transportation.
- Processing customer invoices.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.Leadership experience.Previous customer service experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge.Ability to make fast decisions by using judgment consistent with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.Reliable multitasking skills.Valid driver's license.Must be 18 years of age.Basic knowledge of aircraft types preferred.Minimum of 1 year of aviation experience preferred.Working conditions and physical demands :
