Senior ServiceNow Developer

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer who will lead improvement initiatives related to customer interactions with Client Services tools.

Key Responsibilities

Configure ServiceNow to meet business requirements at scheduled intervals

Build workflow diagrams and architectural specifications for proposed improvements

Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and collaborate with internal and external parties

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience

4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow or equivalent CRM tools

2+ years of experience with API, Web Services, and Databases (e.g., Oracle)

6+ years of experience in an IT organization in product support or development

Familiarity with AJAX, AngularJS, Jelly Scripting, and web service integrations
