Job Description

Evaluate, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for patients

Provide rehabilitative care to restore mobility and improve overall function

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress

Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and industry standards

Utilize evidence-based techniques to optimize patient recovery

Qualifications & Requirements

Education : Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Licensure : Active Kansas Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain before start date)

Certifications : CPR / BLS certification required

Experience : Open to new grads and experienced PTs; prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus
