Lead Doctor / Dentist – Specialty Startup (Palo Alto)

Private – Digital – New Specialty Center

We are launching a new specialty-focused dental center in Palo Alto, and we are seeking a Lead Doctor to be the clinical head of a modern, fully equipped startup practice.

This is an ideal role for :

A specialist (Endodontist, Periodontist, Prosthodontist, Oral Surgeon)
An experienced general dentist with strong surgical skills
Someone who wants to build a boutique specialty brand from the ground up

Premium Palo Alto location

Privately owned, debt‑free, no corporate oversight

Your Role

Provide specialty‑level patient care

Lead clinical protocols and standards

Help shape the identity of the new specialty center

Collaborate with owners on clinical vision

(Optional) Participate in marketing & networking with local GPs

Grow the practice and become the primary clinical leader

Compensation

Because this is a startup, compensation is structured to reward growth :

Guaranteed base (negotiable)

High percentage of production (35–45% depending on specialty)

Signing bonus available

CE reimbursement

Optional equity / ownership track for long‑term candidates (we can decide how you want to handle this)

Who Should Apply

Specialists (Perio, Endo, OS, Pros)

General dentists with advanced surgical / restorative skills

3+ years clinical experience

Interest in leadership or practice building

Comfortable with digital workflows

CA license in good standing
