Salary : Increases are based on years of experience in the field. Plus, you will earn shift differentials for swing, night, and weekend hours :

• $2.50 extra for working between 3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm
• $10.00 extra for working between 11 : 01pm and 7 : 00am
• $2.50 extra for working weekends

RN Obstetrics Position Summary

As an RN for ATRMC's Obstetrics unit, you have the opportunity to be part of a team in an advanced birth center. ATRMC may boast about having the most sophisticated equipment and facilities and about our highly trained, experienced and professional staff - however what truly sets us apart is our caring attitude.

The Family Birth Center at ATRMC has a total of 12 beds : 8 are LDRP and 4 are overflow for couplets, antepartum and post C-section couplets as needed. There is also a 3-bed triage area. Nurse to patient ratios are 1 : 1 - 1 : 4 for couplets and 1 : 1 - 1 : 2 for labor patients based on acuities. C-sections are 1 : 1 until after four hours recovery. All assignments ratios are based on AWHONN guidelines.
