Facility name- Henry Ford Genesys Hospital

Location- 1 Genesys Pkwy, Grand Blanc, MI 48439

Shift- Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Contract : 13 weeks

Pay Term- Weekly (By Every Friday)

Benefits : Paid orientation & sick leave (13)

Pay Package :

Gross Weekly- $1,789 / week

Guaranteed Hours- 40hrs / week

Breakdown-

W2-$16 / hr

Stipend- $1149 / week

Job Description :

Required Qualifications :

1+ years of recent Surgical Technician experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred :

Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Surgical Technology program

Strong experience in orthopedic and neurological procedures

Certification as a Surgical Technologist

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Graduate of a formal surgical technologist program preferred

Responsibilities :

Prepare, handle, and manage surgical instruments and equipment during procedures.

Anticipate the needs of the surgical team for assigned procedures.

Assist with patient preparation and transport, ensuring safety and comfort.

Provide support to surgical care teams with patient care duties.

Respond to emergent situations following established protocols.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operating environment.
