About the Role

Candidates for the Head of Design position should have 5-10 years' experience leading design teams, particularly in startup, game, or hybrid UX / productivity environments. A strong background in UX and interaction design is essential, with proficiency in Figma and generative AI tools. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative systems thinker with a design philosophy influenced by game mechanics. The role requires a visionary leader who can balance the creative and cohesive aspects of design, and who is passionate about creating user experiences that are engaging, adaptive, and promote a sense of well-being.
