Our work depends on a Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management Lead joining our team to support the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) program in Falls Church, VA.
This is an IT Service Management contract in support of GENM-O’s mission to enable information dominance from the tactical edge to the home station for the Army, DoD, National Command Authority, and international partners by acquiring, implementing, and sustaining strategic satellite and terrestrial communication systems, and by leveraging technologies to meet current and future requirements. AGUN is to design, procure, maintain, deploy, and transition a Global SDN solution in accordance with applicable Army policies and regulations. The AGUN-INC1 TO will provide a unified approach to ensure standardized deployments and configurations at multiple locations throughout the globe.
To be successful in this position you need to be collaborative and willing to work within a team. While you will need to be a self-starter completing tasks on your own, working together is critical in this role. You will be interfacing with the client and senior staff. Therefore, you should be articulate in your communications because your opinion matters. You will need to explain technical intricacies in a way that is easily understood.
Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management Lead : Provides subject matter expertise in cybersecurity within the defined work team and with select business partners. Develops supplier statements of work, requests for information / proposal / solution, contract terms, and assessments to include identification and inclusion of applicable cybersecurity controls. Partners with procurement OEM / VAR and 3PL customers support supplier contract negotiations to respond to changes in cybersecurity terms to protect government cybersecurity risk posture. Provides cybersecurity control requirements to suppliers based on internal cybersecurity and information protection requirements to effectively address risk in the supply chain.Maintains cybersecurity training and awareness to procurement agents, buyers, sourcing groups, and business partners. Documents and contributes to the dentification of root causes, prioritize threats, and recommend corrective actions for suppliers to reduce customers cybersecurity risk. Monitors export / import-related issues, with a focus on the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Ensures Business Area (BA) compliance with all U.S. export / import laws and regulations, to include the ITAR, EAR, CBP, FTR and other applicable federal government regulations. Ensures compliance with all corporate and sector directives in processing license and agreement applications and other export-related correspondence to U.S. government agencies.

The likely salary range for this position is $61,474 - $83,169. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
