Schedule : Full Time

Shift : Days, 3X12 hour weekday shifts (11AM 11PM) rotating weekends

Location : 501 Redmond Road, Rome, GA 30165

The community you'll be caring for : AdventHealth Redmond

The role you'll contribute : Responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care to patients within a patient care unit. This position collaborates with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, patients, and families to provide comprehensive physical and psychological support. Additionally, this role supervises and directs the activities of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel, ensuring compliance with state, facility, and regulatory guidelines. This position utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to maintain and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities for this role include ensuring the delivery of competent, compassionate, and cost-effective nursing care while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team.
