Job descriptionSetting : Well-established, single-office private practice with an adjacent, on-site surgery center. Start Date : ASAP (Replacement position). Patient Mix : Desirable population, ranging from adolescent to geriatric. Focus on routine OB, well-woman care, and comprehensive GYN. Procedures : Full scope, including Robotics, Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, Hysteroscopy, and office-based procedures. Schedule : Sustainable model : three half-days and two full days per week, with a dedicated post-call day. Support : Excellent support staff, including MAs, a Scribe, and an Office Manager, to maximize your clinical time. Compensation : Highly competitive starting compensation with substantial productivity bonus and earning potential. Hospital Support : Financial support package available. 401(k) : Yes, with 4% match. Insurance : Full comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision) through Privia. CME & Fees : Generous allowance for CME and reimbursement for License / DEA fees. Time Off : Competitive PTO and paid holidays. Credential : MD or DO. Certification : Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Experience : New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome. Note : We are unable to offer Visa sponsorship at this time.
