What You'll Do :

• Demonstrate leadership by planning and managing the production of fabricated parts to ensure an efficient workflow within the fabrication team.
• Support shop floor operations, coordinate production activities, and ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting Harmon's quality standards.
• Effective communication with the leadership team will be essential to ensure sufficient material levels to sustain operations.
• Contribute to tracking labor to ensure all projects are completed according to client schedules.
• Support and promote safe working conditions, monitor CNC machines, and continuous improvement.

Salary : Starting at $20.80 / hour
