We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team Denver, CO.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Function as the client's technical advisor for administering and enforcing compliance with the terms of the contract within delegated authorities.
• Independently observes the work of contractors during the construction of projects and performs quality assurance (QA) activities.
• Acts as Owner's Representative for State, Federal, or local clients.
• Frequently communicates with client representatives, contractors, and regulatory agency personnel to discuss requirements and coordinate efforts.
• Manage a construction team including oversight of project inspection staff.
• Observes and documents construction activities in accordance with contract requirements that includes but is not limited to : daily diaries, daily payment reports during progress of work, memos to contractor regarding acceptance or rejection of work, change orders, and more.
• Reviews contract documents, project plans, project specifications, and progress schedules and reports.
• Researches and interprets contract requirements to determine whether construction work is performed in substantial compliance with plans, specifications, and special provisions.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks, as well as advise internal project manager and / or owner of any failures or delays.
• Reviews contractor pay requests for ultimate payment by client.
• Reviews shop drawings within area of expertise for conformance with design concept.
• Coordinates operation within organization unit to ensure consistency with policies and procedures.
• Must have good computer skills, be able to process paper and electronic documents, and utilize standard office software.
• Performs other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

Expected compensation range is between $95,000 - $125,000 annually / hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
