About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Operations to spearhead the optimization of operational strategies across its restaurant network. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless delivery of high-quality products and experiences, driving efficiency, and ensuring profitability. This role involves leading and overseeing all restaurant operations, from production to service, and developing and implementing operational standards to maintain consistency and quality. The Head of Operations will also be tasked with growing event and community sales, building strong relationships with local organizations, and overseeing the logistics and execution of events to ensure customer satisfaction.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of operational leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a focus on baked goods or specialty food concepts. A background in event-driven sales or community-based initiatives is highly desirable. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in team building, financial management, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Head of Operations will work closely with the executive team to identify and prioritize new growth opportunities, and must be adept at scaling operations and building scalable systems to support multi-unit expansion.
