• to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong advocacy skills, exceptional writing ability, and experience handling complex business disputes from initial claim assessment through trial or resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of commercial and civil litigation matters

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery

Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

Analyze legal issues and provide sound, business-oriented advice

Collaborate with clients, outside counsel, and internal teams

Develop litigation strategies that align with client goals

Maintain meticulous case documentation and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Admission to the New York State Bar

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Proven experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, contract claims, or related areas

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment

Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
