Seeking a results-driven HR Data Analyst to support data-driven workforce decisions and enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will combine technical data expertise with strong communication and visualization skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Build reports in Workday and Power BI dashboards
  • Analyze workforce trends and key HR metrics
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to deliver insights
  • Maintain data quality and integrity
  • Present findings through storytelling and visualization

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of HR analytics experience
  • Power BI & DAX proficiency
  • Workday reporting experience
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Knowledge of SQL / Python / R preferred
