Job Summary

Arizona Investment and Management LLC (AIM) is a full-service real estate management and brokerage company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our primary focus is multi-family, single family and commercial investment property management and sales.

We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual to be a full-time maintenance technician, serving both our multi-family and single family rentals. Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general repair / maintenance tasks to maintain properties. This role may require traveling to multiple sites within the Phoenix metro area each day.

Requires use of a variety of hand / power tools, chemicals, and paints. Periods of walking, stooping, working in confined spaces or heights, lifting / moving objects up to 50 lbs.

Schedule : Monday thru Friday, 8 hour shifts, On Call (Nights / Weekends)
