As an LPN, you will provide crucial nursing support to our healthcare team, assisting in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work under the guidance of physicians, registered nurses, and leadership to perform essential clinical functions and directly care for patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately obtain and record vital signs for patients.
• Document patient histories and communicate effectively with patients, their families, and team members.
• Assist in in-office procedures under professional supervision.
• Perform diagnostic tests that comply with CLIA standards.
• Conduct venipunctures for laboratory testing.
• Carry out prescription follow-ups per your scope of practice.
• Prepare patient charts with essential clinical information.
• Maintain supplies and ensure patient examination rooms are well-stocked.
• Comply with all regulatory standards established by AMC.
