Vocational Program Assistant, Project SEARCH Program Annapolis, MD

The Project SEARCH program is a 10-month employment training initiative designed for young students or seniors in their last year of high school to prepare for competitive employment and a successful adult life.

What to expect.

You will provide pre-vocational experiences and coordinate arrangements for vocational work groups for students in the Project SEARCH program.

Specific responsibilities include :

• Assisting in developing relationships for new jobs and internship sites on campus and within the community.
• Assessing students vocational strengths and opportunities for growth to identify the appropriate work settings and groups.
• Providing students with job training and developing skills for specific job tasks.

What we need from you.

Associate degree in a mental health related field and 1 year of related work experience.

Be 18 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
