Clinical Supervisor - BCBA

Riley ABA & Autism Center is currently hiring for a full-time Clinical Supervisor at our center-based, early-intervention program located in Brookside near the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a unique opportunity with Riley ABA as this is the first time in seven years that they have publically posted a BCBA position at their organization.

Clinical Supervisor

Location :  2 E 59th Street, Kansas City, MO 64113

Schedule :  Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (Some flexibility required)

Compensation :  $30–$42 / hour ($62,400–$87,360 annually)

Reports To :  Chief Clinical & Operations Officer, Chief Executive Officer

Direct Support :  Lead RBT

Engages With :  RBTs, Clients, Caregivers, Colleagues, Outside Providers, Operations Team

Role Purpose

• The Clinical Supervisor oversees individualized ABA programs for children diagnosed with autism. This role ensures the highest clinical quality, supports families and staff, and fosters an ethical, professional culture rooted in respect and client success.
