Salary Range : $100,000 - $120,000

Overview of the Accounting Manager Role :

Lead and manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions

Oversee the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements

Partner with external auditors and internal teams to facilitate audits and respond to inquiries

Evaluate and strengthen internal controls, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate closely with senior management to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning

Ensure compliance with all company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of progressive accounting experience
