This opportunity is unique to active-duty US Military Service members with formal approval to participate as a SkillBridge Intern in collaboration with Vets2PM's authorized DOD SkillBridge program. You will gain hands-on experience during your internship and will have the opportunity to join (upon successful completion of the internship) one of the world's leading technology companies.

Our main business group that you will be assigned to is Fire / Life Safety : Fire Alarm, Mass / Emergency Communication, and Sprinkler / Suppression.

Responsibilities and learning experiences include but are not limited to :

• Answer calls from customers, determine customer needs, and coordinate required services that help customers to reach their business and facility goals.
• Handle call scheduling and dispatching for preventive maintenance, on-call service, service projects, and parts orders.
• Responsible for submitting invoices to the billing department.
• Work in a remote-based environment to complete assigned tasks and collaborate with team members.
