Role Overview

Product Managers at DoorDash Labs are both strategic as well as deeply engaged in execution. Product managers own concepts end-to-end, across technologies and teams, as well as from concept, through testing and iteration to commercial launch. We're looking for a motivated, curious and results-oriented product manager to define and own the core technologies, tools, and commercialization concepts that will enable us to scale the commercial deployment of autonomous robots on public roads. You're excited about this opportunity because you will

  • Drive the product definition, strategy, and long term vision of DoorDash robotics and autonomous delivery products
  • Own cross-functional work streams spanning a broad group of stakeholders including software and hardware engineering, design, operations, legal, policy, communications, and business development.
  • Define KPIs and communicate product strategy and results to key stakeholders including the leadership team
  • Refine requirements based on the product strategy and business needs
  • Work with a world-class team of engineers and business leaders

What We're Looking For

You're excited about this opportunity because

  • You have 5+ years of Product Management experience in robotics, autonomy, or AI projects. Preferably products involving both hardware and software
  • You have worked in or closely with operations teams as customers, and know how to turn problem statements and needs into a product strategy.
  • You want to own a product across the full lifecycle from product development, through launch, commercialization, and scaling
  • You're a hands-on owner, willing to drive execution in addition to strategy
  • You are a skilled communicator, and have experience crafting and presenting business reviews to senior executives
  • Compensation The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
