Your Role as an RN :

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care respecting dignity, independence, and individuality.

Assess and monitor resident health status, administer medications and treatments according to care plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including visiting physicians, therapists, and family members to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Educate and support residents, families, and staff regarding health conditions and care strategies.

Participate actively in care conferences, resident activities, and quality improvement initiatives.

Uphold infection control, safety, and emergency procedures to ensure resident well-being.

What We Are Looking For :

Current and active RN license in the State of Minnesota.

Compassionate and dedicated nursing professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

Commitment to providing high-quality care aligning with regulatory and organizational standards.

Prior experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care settings is preferred but not required.

Flexibility and willingness to participate in occasional on-call or shift coverage as needed.
