Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought for a K-12 public school setting in Denver, Colorado. This role is a contract position for the entire school year, providing comprehensive speech and language support to students across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain compliance with education regulations and policies.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in Colorado.
  • Experience working with school-aged children from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for working effectively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to manage caseload and maintain detailed records efficiently.
