Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought for a K-12 public school setting in Denver, Colorado. This role is a contract position for the entire school year, providing comprehensive speech and language support to students across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations and therapy sessions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain compliance with education regulations and policies.
Qualifications and Experience :
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in Colorado.Experience working with school-aged children from kindergarten through 12th grade.Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for working effectively with students, families, and school staff.Ability to manage caseload and maintain detailed records efficiently.Location :
