CVS / Aetna has an opportunity available for a full-time Provider Data Services Specialist in the Resources for Living (RFL) / Employee Assistance Program (EAP) group. In this role, you will be handling outbound calls to providers and members, as well as facilitating utilization of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Schedule subject to change at any time with advanced notice due to business need. Training Requirements : First six weeks of employment will be training, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm EST.

What you will do :

• Provide excellent customer service to providers and members by connecting members to mental health care, and resolving any billing issues for providers.
• Drive member satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering competitive services.
• Responsible for other administrative duties as needed.

Time Type : Full time

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $17.00 - $34.15. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
