Product Manager

A company is looking for a Product Manager to join their Care Navigation Pod.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research and leverage feedback to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes

Own and prioritize key areas of the Care Navigation roadmap, translating strategy into actionable features

Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, while defining and analyzing performance metrics

Required Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience in fast-growing teams

Proven ability to take a product from conception to successful market adoption

Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on improving product and user experience

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or enterprise benefits is a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
