Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team.. This role will support financial operations and planning during a temporary leave of absence and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial close activities.
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with remote work the remainder of the week.
Key Responsibilities
Own the forecasting and budgeting process for the Portable Speakers categoryConduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performanceSupport the month-end close process and ensure accuracy in reportingReview financial charges and determine accrual needs for missing invoicesExtract, manipulate, and analyze data from SAP to support business decisionsProvide direction and oversight to the team's financial analyst (no direct people management)Collaborate with internal business partners; no formal presentations requiredRequired Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related rolesProficient in SAP - must be comfortable extracting and working with data tablesAdvanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysisStrong analytical skills and attention to detailEffective communicator with the ability to work across teams and time zonesAdditional Information
