We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Service Partner Recruiting Associate to join our team in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with service partners while ensuring their qualifications align with our standards. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at outbound communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to recruit service partners, specifically targeting individuals in outdoor trades for winter projects.
• Maintain a calm, steady, and attentive demeanor when presenting opportunities to potential partners.
• Follow up with service providers who have not responded to previous outreach efforts to gauge interest and secure commitments.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and objectives.
• Evaluate service providers by identifying their available equipment and verifying necessary snow removal insurance coverage.
• Build and nurture relationships with service partners to promote long-term collaboration and trust.
• Support a team environment by serving and coordinating with two designated team members.
• Utilize strong communication skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry to track recruitment progress and partner qualifications.
• Leverage tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word to manage documentation and correspondence efficiently.
