Additional Information : - Deliver primary and preventive healthcare services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
Ability to prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices
The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the medical, social, and emotional needs of patients
Engage in health promotion, patient education, and disease prevention activities to improve overall community health outcomes
Requirements :
Current, unrestricted RN and NP License in the state of California
Current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association
Current and unrestricted DEA Certificate
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred
At least 2 years of experience as an NP in a clinical setting
