  • PEDIATRIC Nurse with current PALS / ACLS certifications.

    • Job Requirements

  • Current PALS certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Nursys license within 30 days of start
  • Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification within 30 days of start
  • FMOLHS Skills Checklist within one year prior to start date; Updated Annually
  • FMOLHS Competency Exam with passing score of 80% or higher within year of start
  • FMOLHS Core Competencies updated annually
  • FMOLHS CPI as required per specialty / Unit & Facility.
