Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) –

PRN or Part-Time

Location : Nursing & Rehabilitation at The Mansion – Sunbury, PA

Revital Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide PRN or part-time coverage at our partner facility,

Nursing & Rehabilitation at The Mansion in Sunbury, PA. In this role, you'll work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist to support residents in regaining strength, mobility, and independence.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver physical therapy services in accordance with your scope of practice and Revital’s clinical standards

Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluations and the development of individualized care plans

Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises and mobility interventions

Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued progress

Document treatment sessions and communicate effectively with the rehab team

Qualifications :

Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Active PTA license in the state of Pennsylvania

Must be at least 18 years old

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
