Job description

Lillies Victorian Establishment and CDG (Oscar Wilde, Papillion, Lillies Victorian) is Located in the Historic Theatre District / Times Square is looking for professional, dependable Servers.

  • Schedule Full / Part Time

Primary Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage menus, and able to guide guests to best order
  • Follows proper steps of service with grace, while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service
  • Ensure that every guest receives exceptional overall experience.
  • Able to create relevant and creative beverages based on requirements of guests or managers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the seating area.
  • Support team with beverage service to all dining room areas
  • Responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining stock of bar glassware and service-ware
  • Communicates respectfully and effectively with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service.
  • Listen to, and promptly act to resolve, guest issues and requests

    • Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience as a server
  • Experience using Toast or similar POS system
  • Classic cocktail + spirits knowledge a must
  • Basic wine knowledge a plus
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, team player
  • Willingness to learn and grow
